Liberty Cheer Team is State Runner-Up

Congratulations to the Liberty Middle School cheer team, which earned a second place finish at the IESA State Competition on Wednesday, February 7 inside the Peoria Civic Center.
The Panthers scored an 87.7 in Large Team Routine Cheerleading. Hickory Creek won the team title with 92.13 points, while crosstown rival Lincoln was second with a score of 87.3. There were 21 teams in the field.
